Can I use Tendro at TEI 2026?
Yes. Tendro reads the printed name, title and company on each badge and business card, then looks up the work email.
TEI gives exhibiting sponsors complimentary sales lead capture software to scan attendees' badges and add them to the firm's email and sales tracking lists, with proper disclosures and consent. If it covers your team and your CRM, use it. Tendro is for booths that want every rep on their own phone and each lead in HubSpot or Salesforce. Source.

What matters here
Do TEI's attendee lists include emails?
TEI's 2026 prospectus marks its preliminary list, sent two weeks before, and its final attendance list as without emails.
So email addresses come from scanning badges at your table, and TEI's complimentary software may be all you need for that. Whichever app you scan with, give the disclosure and get consent before adding anyone to your email list. Source.

Who exhibits at TEI 2026?
TEI lists 84 sponsors selling to corporate tax executives. Platinum and Gold sponsors get table-top exhibits; Silver may, for an extra fee.
Each exhibit is a 6' skirted table with two chairs, a trash can and a sign with your firm's name, and sponsors may have no more than two representatives at it at any time. Source.

What does lead capture cost at TEI 2026?
TEI includes lead capture software for exhibiting sponsors at no charge. Tendro is $499 for your whole team, with each lead sent to your CRM.
An included app costs nothing extra, so start there. Tendro is worth it when you want every rep scanning on their own phone and each lead sent to your CRM.

How do you get set up before TEI 2026?
