Can I use Tendro at ICMA 2026?
Yes. Tendro reads the printed name, title and company on each badge and business card, then looks up the work email.
If your registration includes a scanner app, you can still run Tendro for the whole team and send every lead to your CRM.

What matters here
Do ICMA exhibitors get the attendee list?
Not with a booth. ICMA gives attendee lists only to sponsors; the $15,000 Conference Supporter Package includes pre- and post-show lists.
That package allows one use of each list, under ICMA's mailing list policies. Everyone else builds their list in the hall: Tendro captures each badge your reps scan and looks up the work email. Source.

Who exhibits at ICMA 2026?
About 245 exhibitors on the 2026 floor plan, selling to city and county managers at ICMA's annual conference.
Inline booths for 2026 are $3,700 per 100 square feet, or $3,200 for government and nonprofit exhibitors, plus a corner charge. Each 10' x 10' booth includes two full conference badges, and extra badges are $499. Source.
