Tendro / Comparisons
Tendro vs the alternatives
Your workflow, not ours.
Plenty of apps scan a badge. Tendro is built to fit the way your team already sells: leads land in HubSpot or Salesforce as your records, your questions write to your own fields, every rep scans on their own phone, and one $499 covers the event. If your CRM needs a connector we don't have, we build it on request.
Free desk trial, no card. Your first event switches on live CRM sync.

§ 01 · Your workflow
Does Tendro fit the way your team already works?
Yes. Leads land in HubSpot or Salesforce as your own records, and every question your reps answer can write to a property or field you already use.

How it fits your stack
- Native
- HubSpot and Salesforce: a Contact matched on email, or a Lead with a completed Task named for the show. A second scan updates the same record.
- Your fields
- Map any qualifying question to a HubSpot property or a Salesforce field. Import a HubSpot dropdown and it becomes a question on every rep's phone.
- On request
- Marketo, Pardot, Pipedrive and Zoho connect on request, usually within a day. For another CRM with a public API, we scope the connector with you before onboarding.
§ 02 · At the booth
Will your reps actually use it?
Yes. Photograph the badge, tag it, say a note: about ten seconds a scan on their own phones, offline too, nothing to rent or return.
Photograph the badge. Saved, email found.

Tag it, say the note. Transcribed into Notes.

§ 03 · The team
Who builds Tendro, and what will they build for you?
People from Socio, the event platform Cisco acquired as Webex Events. A connector your CRM needs is built on request.
The team behind Tendro
- Where we come from
- Socio, the event platform Cisco acquired and renamed Webex Events. The logos at the top of this page are Socio customers from before the acquisition.
- Built on request
- Marketo, Pardot, Pipedrive and Zoho connect on request, usually within a day. Another CRM with a public API gets its connector scoped with you, timing confirmed before onboarding.
- Your questions
- Branching qualifying questions are live: a follow-up appears only when an answer calls for it, and each answer maps to a property or field.
- Onboarding
- Every customer gets onboarding with their booth team and a dedicated support rep.
§ 04 · Price
What does Tendro cost?
$499 per event, whole team: unlimited reps and scans, your questions, every integration, onboarding and a support rep. Volume rates from 10 events.

§ 05 · Head-to-heads
How does Tendro compare, tool by tool?
Six head-to-heads: Popl, Blinq, iCapture, Mobly, Vendelux and Wave Connect, each with a decision rule, a side-by-side table and dated sources.
- Tendro vs Popl Pick Tendro to buy show by show at a public $499, every rep included. Pick Popl for one quoted plan with unlimited users, events and leads.
- Tendro vs Blinq Pick Tendro for one flat $499 a show, whatever the booth scans. Pick Blinq if your team already runs Blinq cards and sees a few dozen leads a show.
- Tendro vs iCapture Pick Tendro for $499 a show, no contract. Pick iCapture for badge-provider registration data at shows that grant it, on a Cvent annual plan.
- Tendro vs Wave Connect Pick Tendro for a flat $499 per show with unlimited scans for the whole team. Pick Wave Connect if a show brings under 50 badges at its $10 list rate.
- Tendro vs Mobly Pick Tendro for $499 a show, no contract, booth recap included. Pick Mobly if you exhibit year-round on an annual agreement and want Pulse sequences.
- Tendro vs Vendelux Pick Tendro for questions on each lead, a matched rep as owner, Salesforce sync. Pick Vendelux if free HubSpot scans with tags and notes are enough.
