What does WSAVA say about consent when a badge is scanned?
Its manual says personal data isn't shared without consent and that presenting a badge for scanning implies consent to share details.
The note sits in WSAVA's GDPR section on its own K-Lead app, whose buyers agree to a Data Processing Agreement. If you scan with another tool, ask WSAVA how the rule applies before you follow up. Its delegate list covers only those who agreed to share details. Source.
