Do CCC exhibitors get delegate emails?
Yes, for each delegate you scan with the $775.00 lead retrieval package. The attendee list itself is shared with sponsors.
Each scanned lead includes the delegate's name, city, province, country, institution, specialty and email. The list goes to sponsors of accredited symposia, Hub Talks and sponsored networking, and their sends must fall in set windows, with a two-week blackout before CCC and one week after. Source.

About 54 exhibitors in the 2026 directory, selling to delegates at the Canadian Cardiovascular Society's congress in Ottawa.
A standard 10' x 10' booth is $7,850 and includes two exhibitor-only registrations. Organizations with fewer than 250 employees worldwide can take an Innovation Zone exhibit package for $4,900. Source.
