The badge

Can I use Tendro at NCBA Connect 2026?

Yes. Tendro reads the printed name, title and company on each badge and business card, then looks up the work email.

If your registration includes a scanner app, you can still run Tendro for the whole team and send every lead to your CRM.

Tendro doesn't pull the show's registration record. It reads what's printed on the badge; the name and company are what Tendro uses to look up the contact. The universal badge scanner explainer walks through how.

What matters here

What are the limits on the NCBA Connect attendee list?

It's an opt-in PDF, and NCBA says it can't be sold, lent or given outside your organization, or used for commercial purposes.

NCBA also holds the list until your documents are in and your booth and attendees are registered. For follow-up after Orlando, count on the conversations your team captures at the booth; Tendro sends each one to your CRM with your notes. Source.

The floor

Who exhibits at NCBA Connect 2026?

About 46 companies exhibit to the creditors' rights bar, and NCBA reviews every booth registration against its eligibility policies.

A single booth is $4,900 with two complimentary registrations, and you can buy two more at the listed exhibitor price. Source.

The cost

What does lead capture cost at NCBA Connect 2026?

Tendro is $499 for your whole booth team at NCBA Connect 2026, every rep on their own phone, with each lead sent to your CRM.

If the organizer sells a scanner, ask for its per-device price and compare it with one fee for the whole team. One $499 event covers unlimited reps and scans. The per-event vs annual pricing guide shows when each model wins.

Before the show

How do you get set up before NCBA Connect 2026?

Email hello@tendro.com with code TENDRO-NCBA. We set up your event and team, then connect your CRM on a 15-minute call.

On the call we invite your reps, map your CRM fields and scan a few old badges and business cards at your desk, so you see what Tendro reads and finds before NCBA Connect 2026 opens.

On the floor, if the hall WiFi drops, scans wait on the phone and sync when the signal returns. The offline capture write-up covers how.

Straight answer

Is Tendro the official lead capture app for NCBA Connect 2026?

No. Tendro is an independent app your booth runs on its own phones; it doesn't depend on the show's own system.
