Can I use Tendro at NYLA 2026?
Yes. Tendro reads the printed name, title and company on each badge and business card, then looks up the work email.
NYLA acquired a new app for 2026 and gives every exhibitor its lead retrieval feature. Exhibitor contacts get access to their profiles at least two weeks before the event, and reps can be added to the app. If it covers your team and your CRM, use it. Do NYLA exhibitors get attendee emails?
Yes. Two weeks after the event, NYLA provides a full attendee list with names, emails, titles and organizations.

Who exhibits at NYLA 2026?
Companies selling to New York libraries. It's not a book fair, and firms that market self-published authors can no longer exhibit.
NYLA's 2026 packages are Nonprofit $900, Standard $1500, VIP $1700 and VIP+ $2000. The standard 8x10' booth comes with two chairs, a 6' skirted table and two vendor reps; extra reps are $50 each, up to four per booth. Source.
