Can I use Tendro at WLA 2026?
Yes. Tendro reads the printed name, title and company on each badge and business card, then looks up the work email.
If your registration includes a scanner app, you can still run Tendro for the whole team and send every lead to your CRM.

When do WLA exhibitors get the attendee list?
After the show. By November 20, 2026, every exhibitor gets names, institutions and emails of attendees who opted in to exhibitor promotions.
That can be four weeks after the conference ends, and only opt-ins are on it. Booth capture puts the people your reps actually talked to in your CRM during the show. Source.

Who exhibits at WLA 2026?
Exhibitors selling to Wisconsin libraries. WLA doesn't publish a count; its 2026 floor map has 57 booths, 45 of them 8 x 8.
Booth registration includes one representative. Up to three more full-privilege reps cost $400 each, for four per booth at most. A Bronze 8 x 8 booth was $1,300 if reserved by August 31, 2026, and $1,500 after. Source.
