Tendro: lead capture for GaETC 2026

Your whole booth captures badges and business cards with their own phones. Tendro reads the printed name, title and company, looks up the contact and sends each lead to HubSpot or Salesforce.

Get access: email hello@tendro.com, subject “Tendro at GaETC 2026”, code TENDRO-GAETC. We set up your GaETC 2026 event and book 15 minutes of team onboarding.

The badge

Can I use Tendro at GaETC 2026?

Yes. Tendro reads the printed name, title and company on each badge and business card, then looks up the work email.

GaETC names Eland & Associates as its lead retrieval provider and links exhibitors to Eland to rent a system. You can use it, Tendro, or both: Tendro puts every rep on their own phone and sends each lead to your CRM. Source.

Tendro doesn't pull the show's registration record. It reads what's printed on the badge; the name and company are what Tendro uses to look up the contact. The universal badge scanner explainer walks through how.

What matters here

Can you buy the GaETC attendee list?

Yes, $500 each for the 2026 pre-show and post-show lists. They include emails but are licensed for one-time use only.

The pre-show list goes out two weeks before the conference. One-time use limits what a bought list can do for you; the people who stop at your booth are contacts you can keep working. Source.

The floor

Who exhibits at GaETC 2026?

About 126 exhibitors on GaETC's 2026 list, selling education technology to Georgia schools and districts.

A 10x10 booth is $1,500 in-line or $1,700 on a corner, with up to six complimentary badges for booth staff only. Source.

The cost

What does lead capture cost at GaETC 2026?

GaETC's public pages don't print Eland's rental price. Tendro is $499 for your whole booth team at one event.

Before you order the show's option, ask what each extra rep costs and how leads get into your CRM. Tendro's $499 covers unlimited reps and scans at one event. The hidden cost of organizer scanners breaks down the usual math.

Before the show

How do you get set up before GaETC 2026?

Email hello@tendro.com with code TENDRO-GAETC. We set up your event and team, then connect your CRM on a 15-minute call.

On the call we invite your reps, map your CRM fields and scan a few old badges and business cards at your desk, so you see what Tendro reads and finds before GaETC 2026 opens.

On the floor, if the hall WiFi drops, scans wait on the phone and sync when the signal returns. The offline capture write-up covers how.

Straight answer

Is Tendro the official lead capture app for GaETC 2026?

No. Tendro is an independent app your booth runs on its own phones; the show's own lead retrieval is Eland & Associates.
