If your registration includes a scanner app, you can still run Tendro for the whole team and send every lead to your CRM.

Do NELA exhibitors get the attendee list?
Yes. An attendee list comes with every exhibit space, booth or table, though NELA's page doesn't say when it arrives or what it includes.
Ask NELA whether the list includes emails before you plan follow-up around it. Booth capture gives you the people who stopped at your space and what they asked about. Source.

Who exhibits at NELA 2026?
About 56 exhibitors on the 2026 floor plan, selling to libraries across New England.
An 8' x 8' booth space is $1,800 premium or $1,500 standard, and a 6' x 2' table is $1,100 premium or $900 standard. Each space comes with two chairs, a trash can, a booth sign, liability coverage administered by RainProtection and two lunch tickets for Monday and Tuesday. Source.
