Each rep photographs a badge or business card on their own phone. Tendro reads the printed name, title and company, then finds the work email.

When is the CDHA 2026 exhibit hall open?
Two days, new in 2026: Friday, November 13, 12:30-8:00 pm with lunch and the Sunset Social, and Saturday, November 14, 8:00 am-2:00 pm.

- Food and beverage stations sit inside the hall to promote traffic flow, and Friday's hours run into the Sunset Social. Conversations over food and drinks are easy to forget, so capture each one on the rep's phone with a note before the next.

What else should you know before the show?
Is Tendro the official lead capture app for CDHA 2026?
No. Tendro is independent and runs on your reps' own phones. We made it free for CDHA 2026 exhibitors.
The Tendro team also made it available to the CDHA 2026 organizers to include in their exhibitor offering.
Do you need HubSpot or Salesforce?
No. Leads sync to HubSpot or Salesforce, or export from the dashboard as a spreadsheet. Every rep's scans land in one list.
Does Tendro scan business cards?
Yes. Point the same camera at a business card. OCR reads the printed card, enrichment fills in the rest, and it lands in your CRM like a badge scan.
Does it work if the hall WiFi drops?
Yes. Every scan saves to the phone first and uploads when signal returns, so a dead hall WiFi doesn't stop the booth.
