What matters here
Does the CSHP attendee list include everyone?
No. The one complimentary attendee list covers only attendees who opt in, and it arrives one week before the show.
Attendees who don't opt in reach you only at your booth. Capture them there, with notes, so they don't fall between the list and your CRM. Source.
