Can you get the ISPOR Europe attendee list?
No. ISPOR doesn't sell, rent, publish or share attendee contact details, but attendees who let you scan their badge consent to share theirs.
ISPOR says attendees who allow an exhibitor or sponsor to scan their badge during the conference are consenting to share their name, title, organization and email with the scanning organization. So attendee contacts reach you through badge scans at your booth. Source.
