No. RX France says it doesn't sell or rent its data to third parties and is alerted every year to emails offering MAPIC databases for purchase.
The warning cites RX France's compliance with GDPR. Any list offered to you for MAPIC doesn't come from RX France, so capture the people your team meets in Cannes as you meet them. Source.
