How does lead retrieval work at the booth?

Each rep photographs a badge or business card on their own phone. Tendro reads the printed name, title and company, then finds the work email.

Does MHA give Changing the Game exhibitors an attendee list?

No. MHA's 2026 exhibitor brochure says no attendee lists are provided, so the contacts you capture at your table are your list.

Each tabletop space includes a 6' x 30" skirted table, two chairs, electricity and Wi-Fi. Spaces priced in the 2026 brochure cost $995 to $1,495, or $1,195 to $1,695 beginning October 7, and non-MHA members add $300 and pay in full when they reserve.
Worth knowing
Each space includes two all-day registrations that can't be transferred or split into shifts. Both people scan on their own phones under one Tendro event, so each conversation reaches your CRM with its rep as the owner.

What else should you know before the show?

Is Tendro the official lead capture app for MHA Changing the Game 2026?

No. Tendro is independent and runs on your reps' own phones. We made it free for MHA Changing the Game 2026 exhibitors.

The Tendro team also made it available to the MHA Changing the Game 2026 organizers to include in their exhibitor offering.

Do you need HubSpot or Salesforce?

No. Leads sync to HubSpot or Salesforce, or export from the dashboard as a spreadsheet. Every rep's scans land in one list.

Does Tendro scan business cards?

Yes. Point the same camera at a business card. OCR reads the printed card, enrichment fills in the rest, and it lands in your CRM like a badge scan.

Does it work if the hall WiFi drops?
