Each rep photographs a badge or business card on their own phone. Tendro reads the printed name, title and company, then finds the work email.

Can exhibitors bring a pop-up booth to PALA?
No. The PALA Fall Conference Expo is a tabletop display show: there are no exhibit booths, and full pop-up booths may not be used.

- The rule comes from space limits at the Central Hotel, so the table is your whole footprint. Each rep scans on their own phone, with no kiosk or extra hardware to fit on it. Tendro is free this show, then $499 per event.

What else should you know before the show?
Is Tendro the official lead capture app for PALA 2026?
No. Tendro is independent and runs on your reps' own phones. We made it free for PALA 2026 exhibitors.
The Tendro team also made it available to the PALA 2026 organizers to include in their exhibitor offering.
Do you need HubSpot or Salesforce?
No. Leads sync to HubSpot or Salesforce, or export from the dashboard as a spreadsheet. Every rep's scans land in one list.
Does Tendro scan business cards?
Yes. Point the same camera at a business card. OCR reads the printed card, enrichment fills in the rest, and it lands in your CRM like a badge scan.
Does it work if the hall WiFi drops?
Yes. Every scan saves to the phone first and uploads when signal returns, so a dead hall WiFi doesn't stop the booth.
