Each rep photographs a badge or business card on their own phone. Tendro reads the printed name, title and company, then finds the work email.

Every rep's scans land in one list on the web dashboard: tagged Hot, Warm or Cold, filled in, and assigned to an owner.

§ 03 · The show
Do TECA Annual Meeting sponsors get attendee contact information?
Only from co-ops that agree. Each co-op's registration form asks whether TECA may share its attendees' contact information with sponsors.

What else should you know before the show?
Is Tendro the official lead capture app for TECA Annual Meeting 2026?
No. Tendro is independent and runs on your reps' own phones. We made it free for TECA Annual Meeting 2026 exhibitors.
The Tendro team also made it available to the TECA Annual Meeting 2026 organizers to include in their exhibitor offering.
Do you need HubSpot or Salesforce?
No. Leads sync to HubSpot or Salesforce, or export from the dashboard as a spreadsheet. Every rep's scans land in one list.
Does Tendro scan business cards?
Yes. Point the same camera at a business card. OCR reads the printed card, enrichment fills in the rest, and it lands in your CRM like a badge scan.
Does it work if the hall WiFi drops?
Yes. Every scan saves to the phone first and uploads when signal returns, so a dead hall WiFi doesn't stop the booth.
