Each rep photographs a badge or business card on their own phone. Tendro reads the printed name, title and company, then finds the work email.

Can TML exhibitors get the attendee mailing list?
TML gives attendee mailing lists only to sponsors, and sells exhibitors an $850 Conference Supporter option that includes them.

- Worth knowing
- Even then, emails appear only for attendees who opt in to share them. The pre-conference list goes out from October 6, 2026 and can't be used after the conference's last day; the post-conference list follows from November 18. At the booth, your team captures the people who stop by.

What else should you know before the show?
Is Tendro the official lead capture app for TML 2026?
No. Tendro is independent and runs on your reps' own phones. We made it free for TML 2026 exhibitors.
The Tendro team also made it available to the TML 2026 organizers to include in their exhibitor offering.
Do you need HubSpot or Salesforce?
No. Leads sync to HubSpot or Salesforce, or export from the dashboard as a spreadsheet. Every rep's scans land in one list.
Does Tendro scan business cards?
Yes. Point the same camera at a business card. OCR reads the printed card, enrichment fills in the rest, and it lands in your CRM like a badge scan.
Does it work if the hall WiFi drops?
Yes. Every scan saves to the phone first and uploads when signal returns, so a dead hall WiFi doesn't stop the booth.
