§ 01 · On the floor

How does lead retrieval work at the booth?

Each rep photographs a badge or business card on their own phone. Tendro reads the printed name, title and company, then finds the work email.

In the appSample screens
  • Photograph the badge. Saved, email found.

After the photo, a strip at the bottom of the camera reads: Jordan Ellis, Northwind Industrial Supply. Saved, email found.
  • The contact fills in. Email, phone, LinkedIn.

Jordan Ellis's lead page: email, phone, LinkedIn, assigned to Dana Ruiz, and company details such as location, company size and industry
  • Tag it, say the note. Typed into Notes.

The same lead tagged Hot, with a voice note transcribed into Notes

§ 02 · After the show

What does your team see after the show?

Worth knowing
The Trade Show Reception is Tuesday, January 26 at 5 pm in the Trade Show Great Hall, so the first day runs straight into an evening on the floor. Booths must be staffed during trade show hours, so plan reps for all three days; capture each visitor with a note while you talk, and the record is ready before the reception.

§ 06 · Questions

What else should you know before the show?

Is Tendro the official lead capture app for WA-ORE Potato 2027?

No. Tendro is independent and runs on your reps' own phones. We made it free for WA-ORE Potato 2027 exhibitors.

The WA-ORE Potato 2027 organizers can also include it in their exhibitor offering, with onboarding and a show report for every booth.

Do you need HubSpot or Salesforce?

No. Leads sync to HubSpot or Salesforce, or export from the dashboard as a spreadsheet. Every rep's scans land in one list.

Does Tendro scan business cards?

Yes. Point the same camera at a business card. OCR reads the printed card, enrichment fills in the rest, and it lands in your CRM like a badge scan.

Does it work if the hall WiFi drops?

Yes. Every scan saves to the phone first and uploads when signal returns, so a dead hall WiFi doesn't stop the booth.

Every show we cover is in the show guides.
