Do WIT Accelerate exhibitors get the attendee list?
Yes. Sponsors and exhibitors receive the attendee list before the conference as part of their deliverables.
WIT doesn't sell the list to outside parties, so an offer to buy it isn't coming from WIT. The list shows who registered; the people who stop at your booth are the ones to call first. Source.

The booth fee covers a piped and draped 10' x 10' space, one paid registration, a 6-foot draped table, two chairs and a sign, plus a discount on additional registrations. Source.
