How does lead retrieval work at the booth?

Each rep photographs a badge or business card on their own phone. Tendro reads the printed name, title and company, then finds the work email.

A 3m x 3m booth is $7,500 ex GST for AAA members and includes three exhibitor passes, covering the Tuesday welcome networking function and all Industry Expo catering but not conference sessions. A 2m x 2m booth is $5,500 ex GST for members. Both sizes are sold out.
Worth knowing
Catering breaks and coffee stations are inside the Industry Expo from Tuesday to Thursday. The PDF shows who registered; Tendro records who stopped at your booth and what they asked, on each exhibitor pass holder's phone: free this show, then US$499 per event.

What else should you know before the show?

Is Tendro the official lead capture app for AAA National Conference 2026?

No. Tendro is independent and runs on your reps' own phones. We made it free for AAA National Conference 2026 exhibitors.

Do you need HubSpot or Salesforce?
