Each rep photographs a badge or business card on their own phone. Tendro reads the printed name, title and company, then finds the work email.

Does IAAP publish its convention attendee list?
Yes. IAAP posts an attendee list on its convention attendees and sponsors page, dated as of October 8, 2026.

- A 2026 expo space is $425: 10' wide by 8' deep, with an 8' tall backdrop, an 8' x 2' display table, chairs, electrical outlets and wireless internet. Each booth worker also pays a $250 registration fee.
- Worth knowing
- The list shows who registered, not who stopped at your booth or what they asked for. Day two sets aside 9:30-11:00 am as designated expo time, so capture each visitor with notes while the conversation is fresh.

What else should you know before the show?
Is Tendro the official lead capture app for IAAP 2026?
No. Tendro is independent and runs on your reps' own phones. We made it free for IAAP 2026 exhibitors.
The Tendro team also made it available to the IAAP 2026 organizers to include in their exhibitor offering.
Do you need HubSpot or Salesforce?
No. Leads sync to HubSpot or Salesforce, or export from the dashboard as a spreadsheet. Every rep's scans land in one list.
Does Tendro scan business cards?
Yes. Point the same camera at a business card. OCR reads the printed card, enrichment fills in the rest, and it lands in your CRM like a badge scan.
Does it work if the hall WiFi drops?
Yes. Every scan saves to the phone first and uploads when signal returns, so a dead hall WiFi doesn't stop the booth.
