Each rep photographs a badge or business card on their own phone. Tendro reads the printed name, title and company, then finds the work email.

Can outside visitors walk the INFRAEXPO floor?
No. The INFRAEXPO hall is reserved for congress participants, and visitors are not allowed.

- Booth
- A 10' x 10' booth is $3,500 for CERIU members and $4,200 for non-members, plus taxes; an 8' x 10' is $3,000 or $3,700. Each booth includes two registrations for both days, with meals and sessions. Set-up is Sunday, November 22, noon to 6 pm.
- Worth knowing
- So everyone who stops at your booth is a registered congress participant. Both registered booth reps can capture leads on their own phones with Tendro: free this show, then US$499 per event.

What else should you know before the show?
Is Tendro the official lead capture app for INFRAEXPO 2026?
No. Tendro is independent and runs on your reps' own phones. We made it free for INFRAEXPO 2026 exhibitors.
The Tendro team also made it available to the INFRAEXPO 2026 organizers to include in their exhibitor offering.
Do you need HubSpot or Salesforce?
No. Leads sync to HubSpot or Salesforce, or export from the dashboard as a spreadsheet. Every rep's scans land in one list.
Does Tendro scan business cards?
Yes. Point the same camera at a business card. OCR reads the printed card, enrichment fills in the rest, and it lands in your CRM like a badge scan.
Does it work if the hall WiFi drops?
Yes. Every scan saves to the phone first and uploads when signal returns, so a dead hall WiFi doesn't stop the booth.
