How does lead retrieval work at the booth?

Each rep photographs a badge or business card on their own phone. Tendro reads the printed name, title and company, then finds the work email.

An Exhibitor Booth is $1,200, added when you register; Diamond and Gold sponsors get a booth in their package. The trade show is in the Caribou Room on the third floor of the Chateau Nova Hotel, and booth freight must reach Yellowknife by Thursday, November 19.
Worth knowing
Before that, Trade Show Receptions run on the floor on November 24 and 25, from 5:00 to 6:30 pm. Once public visitors join at the end, a tag on each lead tells forum contacts from walk-ins later. Tendro tags and notes every lead on each rep's phone: free this show, then US$499 per event.

What else should you know before the show?

Is Tendro the official lead capture app for Geoscience Forum 2026?

No. Tendro is independent and runs on your reps' own phones. We made it free for Geoscience Forum 2026 exhibitors.

Do you need HubSpot or Salesforce?
