How does lead retrieval work at the booth?

Each rep photographs a badge or business card on their own phone. Tendro reads the printed name, title and company, then finds the work email.

Tuesday, December 8, 4-7:30 PM, and Wednesday, December 9, 11:30 AM-2:30 PM: 6.5 hours over two sessions.

An inside booth booked after September 15, 2026 is $1,104 and includes two staff. Each additional staff member is $195 before the Expo, with a maximum of four staff from the same company per booth.
Worth knowing
Tuesday's evening session doubles as the Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting and Trade Show Reception, so capture each visitor with notes as you talk rather than after. Up to four staff can work a booth, and Tendro covers each phone with no per-device fee: free this show, then $499 per event.

What else should you know before the show?

Is Tendro the official lead capture app for NJ Green Expo 2026?

No. Tendro is independent and runs on your reps' own phones. We made it free for NJ Green Expo 2026 exhibitors.

The Tendro team also made it available to the NJ Green Expo 2026 organizers to include in their exhibitor offering.

Do you need HubSpot or Salesforce?

No. Leads sync to HubSpot or Salesforce, or export from the dashboard as a spreadsheet. Every rep's scans land in one list.

Does Tendro scan business cards?

Yes. Point the same camera at a business card. OCR reads the printed card, enrichment fills in the rest, and it lands in your CRM like a badge scan.

Does it work if the hall WiFi drops?

Yes. Every scan saves to the phone first and uploads when signal returns, so a dead hall WiFi doesn't stop the booth.
