§ 01 · On the floor
How does lead retrieval work at the booth?
Each rep photographs a badge or business card on their own phone. Tendro reads the printed name, title and company, then finds the work email.
Photograph the badge. Saved, email found.

The contact fills in. Email, phone, LinkedIn.

Tag it, say the note. Typed into Notes.

§ 02 · After the show
What does your team see after the show?
Every rep's scans land in one list on the web dashboard: tagged Hot, Warm or Cold, filled in, and assigned to an owner.
One list for the whole booth. Tagged, filled in, owned.

The contact, filled in. Email, phone, company.

The show, counted. Hot, warm and cold.

§ 03 · The show
How does Exhibitor Bingo work at RMRTA?

- Worth knowing
- If your booth joins, attendees who want a prize entry have to stop by, but a stamp records nothing about the visit. Capture each one with notes as you stamp, and plan for Wednesday's 11:30 AM-1:30 PM block, when no education competes with the trade show.

§ 06 · Questions
What else should you know before the show?
Is Tendro the official lead capture app for RMRTA 2026?
No. Tendro is independent and runs on your reps' own phones. We made it free for RMRTA 2026 exhibitors.
The Tendro team also made it available to the RMRTA 2026 organizers to include in their exhibitor offering.
Do you need HubSpot or Salesforce?
No. Leads sync to HubSpot or Salesforce, or export from the dashboard as a spreadsheet. Every rep's scans land in one list.
Does Tendro scan business cards?
Yes. Point the same camera at a business card. OCR reads the printed card, enrichment fills in the rest, and it lands in your CRM like a badge scan.
Does it work if the hall WiFi drops?
Yes. Every scan saves to the phone first and uploads when signal returns, so a dead hall WiFi doesn't stop the booth.
Every show we cover is in the show guides.
