Yes, on request. NHMA's 2026 exhibitor kit says the attendee list can be provided upon request, without saying what it contains.
Ask for it early so your reps know who's coming. The list shows who registered; booth capture shows which officials stopped by and what they need. Source.

Nearly 90 exhibitors and sponsors selling to New Hampshire cities and towns; the two-day event draws more than 300 city and town officials.
Booths are $1,200 premium, $950 standard and $600 for nonprofit, government and affiliate groups. Each exhibitor may have up to two representatives at the booth per day, with meals included; extra staff register in advance and pay separately. Source.
