How does lead retrieval work at the booth?

Each rep photographs a badge or business card on their own phone. Tendro reads the printed name, title and company, then finds the work email.

About 24 hours of exposure to all attendees: as in prior years, the dining and exhibit hall are combined.

Your booth

Booth
Each booth space measures 8' x 10' and includes one 6' draped table, two chairs, draped side rails and backdrop, a wastebasket and a vendor name sign. The early bird booth rate is $1,800. On Monday, January 11, 2027 the exhibit hall runs 7:00am to 5:45pm.
Worth knowing
Meals put every attendee in your hall, so conversations happen over plates. Each exhibitor also gets Commonwealth Cash to hand to the attendees they choose, as many bills as they choose. The registration list covers only attendees who gave permission, so capture the rest at the table with a note.

What else should you know before the show?

Is Tendro the official lead capture app for PSLS 2027?

No. Tendro is independent and runs on your reps' own phones. We made it free for PSLS 2027 exhibitors.

The PSLS 2027 organizers can also include it in their exhibitor offering, with onboarding and a show report for every booth.

Do you need HubSpot or Salesforce?

No. Leads sync to HubSpot or Salesforce, or export from the dashboard as a spreadsheet. Every rep's scans land in one list.

Does Tendro scan business cards?

Yes. Point the same camera at a business card. OCR reads the printed card, enrichment fills in the rest, and it lands in your CRM like a badge scan.

Does it work if the hall WiFi drops?

Yes. Every scan saves to the phone first and uploads when signal returns, so a dead hall WiFi doesn't stop the booth.
