How many staff passes come with an RMA trade show booth?
Three exhibitor passes come with each booth or space purchase. Extra passes are $40 each, bought when you register.
The trade show floor is open one afternoon, Tuesday, November 3, from 12:00 to 5:00 pm, so every pass works the same five hours. However many reps you bring, one Tendro fee covers them all. Source.

About 170 exhibitor booths, with suppliers selling to Alberta's rural municipalities at RMA's fall convention.
A regular 10x10 booth is $2,470 plus GST, or $1,785 for companies that were Canoe approved suppliers as of August 1, 2026. RMA reviews and approves every vendor registration and refunds any it turns down. Source.
