World of Concrete (Informa Markets) does not publish the World of Concrete 2027 price sheet. It sits behind the exhibitor login, in the Exhibitor Service Manual and Registration Portal. That sheet prices app licenses beyond the one to three bundled in the 2027 digital media packages, whose prices are public. For scale only: the public lead-retrieval order forms we have collected run $249 to $735 per device or package. We do not quote a show-specific number or rate schedule the vendor has not published.

The badge

What does the World of Concrete 2027 badge actually encode?

World of Concrete has not published what its 2027 badge encodes. Assume an ID that only the show's lead retrieval app resolves.

World of Concrete prints every badge onsite from a barcode in the registration confirmation letter, and its package flyer says the lead retrieval app captures leads by scanning an attendee's show badge. No public 2027 source states what that badge code encodes. The conservative assumption is an organizer ID resolved only by the show's own app. Tendro reads the printed face by OCR and enriches the contact; it does not resolve the organizer's ID.

No universal app, Tendro included, decodes the organizer's encoded badge ID; what Tendro reads is the printed face, the name, title, and company, and enrichment fills the verified email and firmographics the badge leaves off. Same for business cards and QR codes.

So the honest limit carries its own fix: without the organizer's licensed access (the rented scanner or a paid event API) no app resolves the encoded ID, and OCR plus enrichment returns the named, verified contact without waiting on the rental. One more thing worth checking: exhibitor contracts vary on third-party capture policies, so read yours before the show.

The WiFi

Does the WiFi hold up at Las Vegas Convention Center?

Las Vegas Convention Center publishes no booth WiFi guarantee. Cisco's high-density WiFi guidance flags degradation past roughly 25 clients per radio.

With no venue guarantee, plan for the physics of the floor rather than a promised speed. Peak hours are exactly when your capture cannot stall.

Cox Business is the Las Vegas Convention Center's exclusive connectivity provider. World of Concrete does not publish a 2027 booth internet rate sheet on its public site.

It gets worse under load. Show-floor WiFi is half-duplex, and per Cisco's high-density WiFi design guidance, a single access point degrades past roughly 25 clients per radio. The busiest hour on the floor is the hour the signal is thinnest.

What is the $499-per-event alternative?

World of Concrete sells its lead retrieval app inside a package every exhibitor already buys. The Standard Listing Package, $1,100 and marked required on the 2027 flyer, carries one onsite app license. Enhanced is $1,600 for two licenses and Maximum is $2,400 for three; both add the show's Online Leads, and all three include its Lead Insights dashboard. Licenses beyond the package are ordered on a form in the Exhibitor Service Manual and Registration Portal, behind the exhibitor login, with no public rate. If your package's license count matches the reps scanning at once, the show's own app already covers you. Past that, every extra license carries an unpublished price: a five-rep booth needs four more on Standard, three on Enhanced or two on Maximum.
